- 10-15 minutes independant activity
What is covered:
- An overview of the history of Attachment Theory
- What are attachment styles and how these present within clients
- How each attachment style may present in the therapy room
- Ways in which you can work therapeutically with your clients attachment styles
- Ways in which you can identify a clients attachment style, including a tool to help with this
- Discussion of the importance of a therapist's attachment style
