I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and as such I work within the BACP's ethical guidelines. This provides you with assurance that I will be providing you with a high quality and safe service.

Part of working ethically means that I attend regular clinical supervision to keep me accountable, and to inform my practice and ensure that I have the best interest of my clients in mind. Furthermore, I do not offer counselling to people who are already accessing therapy or counselling elsewhere, as this would be unethical, and having two counsellors at the same time will likely be a very draining experience for you.

In addition to this I am unable to work with anyone who I know or have a personal connection with.
