“Your service has taught me to be more compassionate with myself"

Hello there, and welcome. My name is Rob, I am an integrative psychotherapist.  I am dedicated to providing a supportive and compassionate space to anyone experiencing difficulties in life. Whether you are struggling with something like anxiety, depression, stress, or generally feel that you need support in understanding how you feel, I am here to work with you. I have had the privilege of speaking with and supporting people, from all walks of life, over my many years doing this work and am a firm believer in the unique nature of all of us. As a result, I make it a priority to tailor our sessions to you and your goals specifically, to help you find some resolution to your struggles.

Whatever you want to bring to therapy, I am here to listen and support you in exploring this so that you can develop the abilities and understanding to overcome your challenges and find some resolution to them.

As a psychotherapist I have extensive experience and offer a blend of evidence based approaches; Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment. I hold an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and am constantly working to grow my knowledge and improve the service that I deliver. Furthermore, I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
