Coronavirus Update
Hello there, my name is Rob, I am an integrative psychotherapist. Whether you are struggling with something like anxiety, depression, stress, or just generally feel that you need support in understanding how you feel, I am here to work with and support you.
Reaching out can be a challenging thing to do, and I appreciate that for some, coming to meet with a therapist can be a huge step. In recognition of this, your experience with me will be very much tailored to your personal needs within the session, and we will only go at a pace that you feel comfortable with.

Session Costs
Initial Meeting It is important when choosing a therapist to ensure that they are right for you. I provide an initial session for us to get to know one another and decide whether my approach is the most appropriate for your needs. I provide this initial session at no cost to reduce the financial commitment that you have to make at this stage. Further sessions Ongoing sessions will be priced as follows: Face to Face Appointments: £50 per session Video Call Appointments: £40 per session My approach is open ended which means you have complete control over how many or few sessions you would like to have as we progress. I conduct regular review sessions to ensure that you feel as though you are benefiting from counselling, and ensure we are moving in the right direction for you. All sessions are a standard counselling session length of 50 minutes. Availability I aim to be as flexible as I can to ensure appointment times that are convenient for you. I am currently open to taking evening appointments. |
